
If you live in Los Angeles and are a college football fan you are most likely already waiting outside the Rose Bowl for the annual UCLA-USC game! The Bruins and Trojans are set to battle each other this Saturday. The rivalry between these two schools dates back to the early 1930’s but didn’t become official until 1941 when USC students stole UCLA’s Victory Bell creating a prank war between both schools. In 1942 both student body presidents agreed that the Victory Bell would be the trophy granted to the winner of yearly UCLA-USC game, a tradition that has been kept ever since.
